Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service).
  • Strong knowledge with Looker (including LookML development and dashboard creation).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, SQL Server).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge with cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure Synapse).
  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and data governance practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI and Looker dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Build robust data models and perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and adherence to BI best practices.
  • Document BI solutions and provide user training/support for business users.
  • Work closely with data engineers and analysts to align data structures with analytical needs.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
