Accounts and Finance Manager who can manage end-to-end accounting and financial control

for the business.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Accountant & Finance Manager to manage

the full spectrum of accounting, finance, and reporting functions across all sales channels.

This role combines daily accounting discipline with analytical financial control — ensuring

that every rupee of sale, expense, and payment is accurately tracked, reconciled, and

reported.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  2. Maintain and update daily accounting entries in Tally.

  3. Record all sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries accurately.
  4. Manage vendor bills, debit/credit notes, petty cash, and expense vouchers.

  5. Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and wallets regularly.

  6. Marketplace & Payment Reconciliation

  7. Perform order-level reconciliation for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Myntra and Shopify.

  8. Match sales, returns, commissions, GST, and logistic charges with settlements.
  9. Track and verify payments received vs dispatched orders across all platforms.

  10. Resolve mismatches with marketplace support or internal teams promptly.

  11. Vendor & Payment Management

  12. Manage vendor invoices, due dates, and payment schedules.

  13. Maintain vendor ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliations.
  14. Process vendor and salary payments through banking portals.

  15. Coordinate with vendors on disputes, credit notes, or outstanding balances.

  16. MIS & P&L Reporting

  17. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports covering revenue, expenses, and margins.

  18. Maintain SKU-level contribution analysis (sales, ads, logistics, and cost).
  19. Build and maintain weekly P&L reports for each channel and category.

  20. Identify and highlight key financial insights for management review.

  21. Compliance & Audit Support

  22. Ensure timely GST filing — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and reconciliation with books.

  23. Manage TDS deduction, deposit, and quarterly returns (Form 26Q, 24Q, etc.).
  24. Maintain organized digital records of invoices, challans, and returns.
  25. Support annual audits with clean reconciliations and documentation.
  26. Handle advance tax computation and payment schedules.
  27. Maintain accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC) registers and ensure ITC matching with

GSTR-2A/2B.

  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements – Profit & Loss Account,

Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

  1. Financial Control & Process Management

  2. Build and maintain internal control systems for expenses, procurement, and

approvals.

  • Conduct periodic inventory reconciliation with warehouse and accounting books.
  • Maintain fixed asset register and manage depreciation schedules.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure data integrity and version control in all finance documents.

Skills & Qualifications

  • College Graduate a Specialise Degree is finance is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting & finance within e-commerce or D2C.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace

reconciliation.

  • Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit Seller Panels, Shopify, and payment

gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree).

  • Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and corporate compliance.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in financial problem-solving.
