Role Overview
We are looking for a Female Tele Sales Executive to strengthen our dealer/distributor acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and proactive in converting potential leads into successful partnerships. This role plays a vital part in expanding our footprint and ensuring seamless coordination between prospects and field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads from both online and offline sources (Search Engine ,social media, exhibitions, referrals, industry networks, etc.).
- Initial Outreach: Call and introduce potential leads to the company, its products, and the opportunity to become a Dealer or Distributor.
- Lead Management: Maintain a strong and organized follow-up cycle to nurture leads until conversion.
- Coordination with Field Sales Team (FST):
- Share prospective leads with FST for visits.
- Arrange and coordinate office and factory visits for leads in collaboration with the FST.
- Ensure end-to-end communication until successful closure.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain professional yet friendly relationships with prospective and existing dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Sales Support: Assist the Field Sales Team in achieving monthly sales targets by tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups and coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, channel sales, or dealer development (preferably in Insurance , Loan , Collection , Credit Card ,automotive, EV, or FMCG sectors).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
