**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads from both **online and offline** sources (Search Engine ,social media, exhibitions, referrals, industry networks, etc.).
- **Initial Outreach**: Call and introduce potential leads to the company, its products, and the **opportunity to become a Dealer or Distributor**.
- **Lead Management**: Maintain a strong and organized follow-up cycle to nurture leads until conversion.
- **Coordination with Field Sales Team (FST)**:
- Share prospective leads with FST for visits.
- Arrange and coordinate **office and factory visits** for leads in collaboration with the FST.
- Ensure end-to-end communication until successful closure.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain **professional yet friendly relationships** with prospective and existing dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the Field Sales Team in **achieving monthly sales targets** by tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups and coordination.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in tele sales, channel sales, or dealer development (preferably in Insurance, Loan, Collection, Credit Card ,automotive, EV, or FMCG sectors).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in **English and regional languages**.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
