We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Support Lead Consultant with 4+ years of experience in project management and PMO functions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project governance, monitoring delivery performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders, provide leadership in project coordination, and ensure compliance with PMO standards. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification and bring strong expertise in project reporting, governance, and stakeholder management, with knowledge of SAP as an added advantage. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate PMO support activities ensuring adherence to project governance frameworks.
  • Track and oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership review.
  • Organize and facilitate project review meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the standardization and improvement of PMO methodologies, templates, and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment.
  • Leverage SAP or SAP modules (preferred) for project tracking, reporting, and resource management.

Key Skills:

  • Education: MBA in Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, governance, or PMO functions.
  • Certification: PMP Certification is mandatory.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exposure to SAP or SAP modules is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
