  • Key Responsibilities:Generate and follow up on sales leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable real estate solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits, show properties to potential buyers/investors.
  • Maintain relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, project launches, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Participate in promotional events and exhibitions when required.
  • Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Own conveyance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Noida and nearby real estate markets is an advantage.
  • Education:Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's Degree)
