Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sr. Food Stylist in planning and executing food styling for both photoshoots and video shoots.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the food stylist team to ensure each dish looks visually appealing and meets creative objectives.
  • Help source, prepare, and organize food, props, and materials for each shoot.
  • Ensure consistency in food presentation across all shoots, adhering to brand guidelines and creative briefs.
  • Manage time effectively to meet the demands of multiple shoots running concurrently.
  • Keep the work area organized and maintain styling equipment and tools.
  • Stay updated on current food styling trends and bring fresh ideas to the table to elevate the quality of shoots.
  • Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary background with experience in food preparation, presentation, or a related field.
  • Some experience in food styling, food photography, or food-related work (internship experience is a plus).
  • Passion for food and an eye for detail in food presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to take direction from the Sr. Food Stylist and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to on-set changes quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and handling.
