Job Summary:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development and marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in both sales outreach and marketing execution — from engaging with customers and distributors to supporting promotional campaigns and lead management. It's ideal for someone eager to learn, communicate effectively, and grow in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Initiate cold calls and emails to reach out to prospective customers.
  • Conduct regular field visits to markets and distributors.
  • Shadow customer meetings and assist in preparing presentations or proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collect and report on market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Update CRM with lead status, next steps, and ownership details.

Marketing Support:

  • Generate and manage leads — build prospect lists and track leads through the marketing funnel.
  • Assist in preparing industry reports, white papers, and market insights.
  • Support brand promotions, campaigns, and events.
  • Contribute to social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams for regular updates and coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
