Position: Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operator to join our production and assembly team. The Operator will be responsible for handling electronic and electrical components, ensuring quality standards, and supporting smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain production machinery and tools as per standard procedures.
  • Assist in assembling and testing of electronic control panels and components.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines.
  • Report issues related to machines, materials, or processes to the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or Graduate (Electronics/Electrical preferred).
  • Experience: Prior experience in electronics or electrical assembly is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Preferred: Local candidates (Nashik).

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of electronics/electrical assembly.
  • Ability to operate tools, testing devices, and machines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹26,855.51 per month
