Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and polite Customer Relationship Executive / Telecaller with a strong communication background and basic computer knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, building positive customer relationships, and assisting with queries while maintaining a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for product/service promotion.
  • Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions in MS Excel/CRM.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and convert leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales/operations team to resolve customer issues.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate with computer background (BSc, BCA, MCA, MSC, BTech, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain polite, patient, and professional while handling customers.
  • Prior experience in telecalling/CRE will be preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 01 year in telecalling/CRE (Freshers are also welcome to apply)
