About The Role
The Technical Program Management team at Tracxn is responsible for driving the execution of high-impact technical initiatives across the organization. As a Senior Technical Program

Manager, you will report to a VP-level leader and act as a pillar for them.

You will own the strategic design and execution of complex technical programs, define solutions for critical business problems, and ensure the successful delivery and optimization of these initiatives. This is a Leadership Role and you are expected to mentor junior members of the Technical Program Management team.

Note 1:
This is a problem-solving role requiring strong technical depth. You will be required to build robust technical cases, optimize complex systems, and write crisp specification documents.

Note 2:
A coding background is preferred. However, this role emphasizes leveraging technical expertise to drive program execution, not just writing code.

Requirements

• Define technical use cases, propose scalable solutions, and back them up with research and data-driven insights.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand complex technical challenges and pain points.
• Write detailed technical specification documents for engineering teams.
• Manage end-to-end program rollouts, including technical sign-offs and collaboration with relevant teams.
• Define, implement, and regularly monitor KPIs for technical program effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Take full ownership of program strategy and execution, deriving decisions transparently and defending technical approaches.

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, IT operations, or software development with a proven track record of leading complex technical projects.

• Willingness to mentor junior TPMs.
