Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our technical programs and ensure their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Maintain open communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure seamless collaboration and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement technical strategies, architectures, and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical program management, software development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
