Responsibilities
  • Spanish Language Speaking, Reading, Listening and Writing
  • Cash Application
  • Efficiently process daily cash receipts, including Cheque payments, ACH payments, and on account payments.
  • Research and resolve unidentified & unapplied payments.
  • Responsible for timely processing of customer deductions and payments through independent decision making.
  • Prepares daily and ad-hoc reporting within agreed SLAs.
  • Audit daily cash posting to reduce team errors and support them to solve their queries and help to prepare RCA for quality purposes.
  • Manage Dunning Letters and Legal Notices.
  • Prepare Debtors Ageing Reports.
  • Handle Legal cases selection, legal data preparation, legal cheque collection from MDM team and writing, follow up with RCM/Depot/HO, and filing legal cases.
  • Process Insurance Claims, including monetary claims and active cases (MIS submission to insurance company), document uploads, final physical document submissions, and follow up/email responses.
  • Manage security deposit/credit balance refunds and closure of customers.
  • Handle Channel Finance and Monthly Dr notes.
  • Oversee overdue interest and knocking off.
Experience Qualifications
  • Well versed with Project Management Methodologies.
  • Strong Communication Skills Written & Oral.
