Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive with a strong interest in IT Networking solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our portfolio of networking products and services. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in IT sales, pre-sales, or customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the IT Networking domain, such as professional services and new opportunities with industry leaders.
- Meet with clients onsite to understand requirements, present solutions, and build relationships.
- Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to prepare proposals, demos, and solution presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and prepare regular sales forecasts/reports.
- Develop a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback from customers to the internal team to improve solutions and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Sales / Networking / Field Sales (freshers with a networking background are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of IT Networking technologies (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, Cloud Networking, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently for client meetings.
