Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Virtual Cyber Labs, a cybersecurity edtech and technology company. The role involves managing day-to-day coordination, communication, and support tasks to ensure a smooth experience for students, vendors, and partners. The candidate will handle class management, reminders, vendor coordination, and basic marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors and guest lecturers.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with students.
- Manage class creation, scheduling, and reminders.
- Make sales and reminder calls.
- Send WhatsApp marketing messages using approved templates.
- Handle basic social media and daily coordination tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or fresher with a technical background.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, punctual, and responsible in task management.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
