We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Virtual Cyber Labs, a cybersecurity edtech and technology company. The role involves managing day-to-day coordination, communication, and support tasks to ensure a smooth experience for students, vendors, and partners. The candidate will handle class management, reminders, vendor coordination, and basic marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors and guest lecturers.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with students.
  • Manage class creation, scheduling, and reminders.
  • Make sales and reminder calls.
  • Send WhatsApp marketing messages using approved templates.
  • Handle basic social media and daily coordination tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or fresher with a technical background.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, punctual, and responsible in task management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
