Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate laser casting or welding machines for cast metal parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and part-specifications.
  • Position work-pieces correctly in fixtures, align and secure them before laser operation.
  • Monitor laser operations and adjust parameters (power, speed, focus) to meet tolerance and quality requirements.
  • Inspect finished parts using measurement tools and verify against standards; report defects and out-of-spec items.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on laser equipment (optics, lenses, fixtures) to maintain performance.
  • Maintain records of production output, machine settings, material used, scrap, and shift logs.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards (protective equipment, ventilation, materials handling).
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance and quality teams to support process improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
