Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert level technical support for ZOHO CRM platform and collaborate with users to understand their business processes and recommend CRM best practices.
  • Working together with cross-functional teams, such as sales, Presales & post Sales, to enhance the general process and employee experience.
  • Good knowledge on reports and Dashboard creation in CRM.
  • Manage and troubleshoot data integrations between various systems, ensuring smooth flow of information.
  • Provide technical assistance for AI driven applications and tools, addressing user queries and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Proactively opportunities for process improvement in CRM usage, data management and integration workflows.
  • Perform quality checks on data, configurations, and integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Key Requirements:

  • Zoho CRM Tool(Preferable)
  • Zoho Automation
  • Zoho Integration
  • Whatsapp Campaign Analysis

Skills:

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in CRM software (Preferably with Zoho).
  • Well versed with Integration, Automation & Advance Excel for data analysis, reporting and visualizing.
  • Good knowledge in the field of A.I.
  • Proficient in the Application Programming Interfaces.
