Job Summary

The Test Lead role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our data integration solutions. With a focus on Informatica Cloud and Informatica Testing the candidate will drive testing strategies and execution. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies for Informatica Cloud solutions.
  • Oversee the execution of test plans to ensure the quality and performance of data integration processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Provide expertise in Informatica Testing to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts and documentation to support ongoing testing efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to testing best practices and standards across all projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand testing requirements and deliverables.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress and outcomes to project teams and management.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.
  • Support the deployment of tested solutions into production environments.
  • Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing methodologies and tools.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Informatica Cloud and Informatica Testing.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in developing and executing test plans and scripts.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have a solid understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
  • Show capability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
