In addition to sales, you will help implement promotions, handle transactions, and provide support in various store activities. Your efforts will contribute not only to individual sales goals but also to the overall success of the retail business.Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge to aid customer decision-making.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and goals.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to maximize appeal.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Stock shelves and organize merchandise efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in restocking.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights on sales strategies.
  • Stay current on promotions, policies, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.
  • Implement promotional events and assist customers with promotions.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Support training of new employees as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Basic mathematics and cash handling skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 25 lbs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Knowledge of current retail trends is beneficial.
