D365 F&O Technical Consultant

Title: D365 F&O Technical Consultant This role will be responsible for implementation and delivery of software and hardware components Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The resource must be good at designing and creating code in an agile fashion, as well as manage the delivery of assigned task, manage scope change, identify and mitigate technical challenges, establish approach and delivery standards, provide leadership to delivery resources

Role & Responsibilities

• Should have 4+ years of Experience
• Hands on experience in MS Dynamics D365FO.
• Knowledge on integration patterns & OData and data entities concepts.
• Core development capabilities in X++, MorphX, C#, Web-services, SQL Server, SSRS
• Good knowledge in Workflows, in Dynamics AX.
• Good Knowledge on LCS, VSTS and database restore.
• Should have implemented (end to end) at least 3 AX projects
• Should have involved in solution design (At least 3 projects)
• Experience in fit gap analysis
• Experience in leveraging Microsoft SureStep methodology for full-lifecycle implementations
• Good client facing skills
• Provide guidance to the development team and resolve technical issues
• Leading and mentoring team members
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics D365, AX 2012 preferred
• Experience on power automate and PowerApps preferred
• Managing technical documentation.
• Manages the delivery of assigned task, manages scope change, identifies and mitigates technical challenges, establish approach and delivery standards, provides leadership to delivery resources
• Hold strong grip on AX solution design including Architecture plan, Network plan, AOS clustering, NLB for EP and AIF services
• Strong understanding on integration through Azure, Data entity, OData, , power app.
• Advance knowledge of cloud hosting, Build, deployment, manage and apply updates on azure based environment, data migration process.
  • Solution document designing, architect planning, Hardware planning, AOS load balancing, failover clustering, disaster planning.

• Proven experience as a Technical Consultant
• Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
• Understanding of strategic IT solutions
• Experience in team handling and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL)
• Experience in cloud technologies
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate good leadership and team handling skills.
• Enthusiastic and possessing a can-do attitude.
• Thrive on and have a track record of getting things done, within a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a changing environment.
• Self-starter - able to work on his own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Must have expertise in Integration, installation, configuration, customization, upgrade and migration, deployments of various versions of Axapta and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Technical skills and capabilities in - X++ development, Morphx, AX Development tools, AX Advance- RLS, Workflow, EP, AIF, SSRS, AX Administration- Installation, configuration, Merging, Up gradation
• Well versed with SQL Query Building, Build management & Code deployment
• Proficient with DevOps and task management
• Must be well versed with Power BI development
• Must be well versed with Power Apps development

Qualification
• Minimum Bachelors Degree from reputed university
• Bachelors Degree in IT/Comp.Sc, Master in Computer Applications Administration will be preferred
• Proven understanding of security, efficient code reuse, and software design.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills, with strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and problems to effectively develop technical solutions to their requirements.
