Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of Mommies Maternity Wear, welcoming customers, understanding their unique needs, and helping them find the perfect outfits for every stage of motherhood. Your goal is to ensure a friendly, informative, and memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and positive attitude.
  • Provide product information and styling advice suitable for pregnancy and postpartum wear.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are neat and appealing.
  • Handle billing, payments, and returns accurately.
  • Monitor inventory and restock shelves when needed.
  • Support store promotions and sales campaigns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming personality.
  • Interest or knowledge in fashion, especially women's or maternity clothing.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Basic computer skills for billing and inventory management.
