Role Description

The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients. The role involves promoting SureDrive Assist's solutions to prospective customers, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's services. The Field Sales Executive will regularly meet with clients, provide demonstrations, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additional responsibilities include market research and continuous collaboration with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.

  • Sales and Business Development skills to engage clients, identify opportunities, and close deals
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills to build relationships and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking to adapt strategies based on market insights and customer feedback
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to effectively manage client interactions and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of the mobility or automotive sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant field sales experience is preferred; a results-driven mindset is essential
