We're now looking for a
Visual Storyteller
who can translate this vision into striking, scroll-stopping visuals. Someone who can style, shoot, and shape the visual language of Tolchi from concept to final reel.

What You'll Do:

  • Bring aesthetics to life
    → Create mood boards, styling concepts, and visual directions that define Tolchi's brand identity.
  • Own shoot days
    → From props to styling to setting the vibe, ensure every detail aligns with the story we're telling.
  • Style with obsession
    → Products, props, textures — nothing escapes your eye for detail.
  • Collaborate deeply
    → Work with models, makeup artists, and external creatives to bring out the best in every frame.
  • Be hands-on with the camera
    → Shoot photos, cinematic videos, and reels when needed; ensure Tolchi has a steady flow of fresh content.
  • Post-production finesse
    → Review and refine edits, ensuring tone, color, and energy match our brand world.
  • Prop & material ninja
    → Source, manage, and repurpose styling elements to keep shoots cost-efficient yet compelling.
  • Experiment boldly
    → Pitch fresh, out-of-the-box ideas for campaigns, reels, and storytelling formats.
  • Balance volume with craft
    → Deliver regular social content while curating high-impact campaign shoots with external pros.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in
    fashion styling/content creation/brand storytelling
    .
  • Strong portfolio across styling + photography/video (bonus if you've worked with lifestyle, fashion, or D2C brands).
  • Comfort with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, studio lighting basics, and editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/Final Cut, or equivalent).
  • Sharp eye for detail, composition, colour, and brand alignment.
  • The ability to switch gears between
    creative direction
    (mood boards, storytelling) and
    execution
    (shooting, editing).
  • A collaborative spirit — someone who thrives when working with models, MUA, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Hunger to experiment: reels, BTS, cinematic shots, lifestyle imagery — nothing feels out of reach.
