Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Package, repackage, and automate installations of Windows desktop software using advanced packaging tools.
  • Manage application virtualization and ensure compatibility across various desktop environments.
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to Windows OS, particularly with file systems and registries.
  • Create and execute detailed test plans for application deployment, including test cases and documentation.
  • Oversee the testing, approval, and release of applications into production environments.
  • Monitor and respond to ServiceNow (SNOW) ticket queues, providing L3 support.
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders, service owners, and solution architects to deliver aligned technology solutions.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for application-related issues.
  • Apply knowledge of Windows servicing models, including Windows-as-a-Service (WaaS) and cloud-managed endpoints.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate system administration and software management tasks.
  • Participate in global support processes and be flexible to provide on-call support when required.
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation and maintain high-quality knowledge base content.
  • Exhibit strong communication, documentation, and time management skills in a global team setting.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

  • Hands-on experience with application packaging tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies for software deployment
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for modern endpoint management
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
