Roles and Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Developer

  • 46 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong experience with ITSM and CSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Case Management, Customer Portal).
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations (Integration Hub, APIs, web services, 3rd-party apps).
  • Practical experience with Now Assist features (Resolution Notes, Generative AI for search and case deflection).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Business Rules, UI Policies/Actions.
  • Strong experience in Catalog Development.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Portal/Employee Center customization.
  • Understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CAD Certification
