Position Overview:

The HR Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for students and professionals enrolled in Blue Oceans HR certification courses. The ideal candidate must be an experienced and certified HR training professional with a proven track record in delivering structured, curriculum-based HR programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom and online sessions for HR certification programs such as CHRP, CHRM, HRBP, or equivalent.
  • Deliver course content as per syllabus and maintain high-quality academic standards.
  • Prepare training materials, case studies, and assessments aligned with program objectives.
  • Mentor and guide learners throughout the certification journey.
  • Evaluate participants progress through tests, projects, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with academic and program management teams to ensure smooth delivery of sessions.
  • Stay updated on latest HR trends, tools, and learning methodologies to enhance training quality.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong subject knowledge of HR certification courses and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
  • Experience in both online and offline training delivery.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital tools, and course delivery systems.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • Certified HR professional (CHRP, CHRM, PHR, SPHR, or similar) preferred.
  • Minimum 814 years of experience in conducting HR certification course training.
