Role Description: B2C Sales Executive (On-Site – Gurgaon)
We are looking for a highly motivated
Sales Executive (B2C)
to join our team in
Gurgaon
. In this full-time, on-site role, you will focus on building relationships with individual customers, identifying their rental needs, and offering tailored solutions through our platform. You'll play a key role in driving customer acquisition and retention, improving overall user experience, and supporting the growth of our B2C vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the B2C market segment.
- Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track customer feedback and market trends to improve service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer journey.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C Sales or Customer-Facing Roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Skilled in customer relationship management and needs-based selling.
- Ability to analyze consumer behavior and use data to drive decisions.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the rental, e-commerce, or consumer services industry is a plus.
