About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable products from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React and Python, be proficient in system design and design patterns, and be able to independently conceptualize, architect, and develop solutions following coding best practices.

Key Responsibilities
:


•Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).

  • Translate business requirements into clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards.
  • Lead and participate in system design discussions, propose architecture solutions, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Write unit tests, integration tests, and ensure high test coverage.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high quality products.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers when necessary.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong hands-on expertise in React and Python.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud deployment practices.
  • Ability to build a product end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with proper version control (Git).
  • Experience with unit testing and integration testing. Good-to-Have (Preferred) Skills:
  • Experience in product development (startups or fast-paced product teams).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality solutions.
