Job description

About the Role :

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain our web and mobile applications. You will work across the stack, using / React Native for front end development and Ruby on Rails (RoR) with PostgreSQL for back end services and data management.

Key Responsibilities :


• Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using (Web) and React Native (iOS & Android).


• Build, maintain, and enhance RESTful services and APIs using Ruby on Rails.


• Develop and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance optimization.


• Implement and maintain the Admin Console with advanced control and administration features.


• Ensure seamless integration between front end and back end systems.


• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver highquality applications.


• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and security.


• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.


• Troubleshoot and debug production issues across the stack.

Required Skills & Experience :


• Strong experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR) development, including API design and integration.


• Proficiency in for web applications and React Native for mobile applications (iOS & Android).


• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.


• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and client server communication.


• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.


• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.


• Strong problem solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have Skills :


• Knowledge of GraphQL or other API architectures.


• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).


• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Exposure to testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest, Cypress, etc.).

Education & Experience


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


• 3–6 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
