Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HR and Absence Management modules, with additional exposure to Fast Formulas as an added advantage. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, and providing functional support for Fusion HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Fusion HCM modules.
  • Configure and implement Core HR and Absence Management functionalities.
  • Design and validate solutions in line with business needs and Oracle Fusion best practices.
  • Support testing activities including test case preparation, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Provide functional support during production rollout and post-go-live.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.
  • Leverage Fast Formulas for customization of absence accruals, validations, and business rules (if required).
  • Prepare user training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Ensure system compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 to 13 years of total experience, with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM.

  • Hands-on implementation and support experience in:

  • Core HR (Mandatory)

  • Absence Management (Mandatory)

  • Knowledge/experience in Fast Formulas (Optional but desirable).

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in other Fusion HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, or OTL.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
  • Experience in working in Agile delivery environments.
