We are expanding our HCM practice and hiring multiple Fusion HCM Functional Consultants to join our team in Hyderabad.Role Overview:We are looking for hands-on HCM consultants with 6–12 years of experience in Fusion HCM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, ideally with combined Oracle Fusion HCM + EBS exposure. This is a customer-facing, office-based role requiring excellent communication skills, strong domain knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead or contribute to end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations, rollouts, and post-production supportConfigure and deliver solutions for Core HR, Talent, Absence Management, and Compensation (experience with additional HCM modules is a strong plus)Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design scalable configurationsCollaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and extensionsProvide user training, documentation, and change management supportEnsure high-quality delivery and act as a trusted advisor for customersRequired Qualifications:6–12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (implementations + rollouts)Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent, Absence, and Compensation (additional HCM modules preferred)Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM functional experience is a strong plusAbility to translate business requirements into configurations and solutionsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsStrong HR domain knowledge, proactive problem-solving abilityAvailable to join within 1 month (preferred)Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on multiple global HCM transformation projectsExposure to both Fusion and EBS environmentsCollaborative, growth-driven, and customer-focused cultureFull-time, office-based role in HyderabadHow to applyWe are hiring multiple positions for Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with 6–12 years of experience .
