Qualification -Graduate with relevant experience in Managing Sales & Marketing team,MBA Retail sales & Marketing

2) Must be familiar with MS Office to prepare reports on Spreadsheet, Documents and PPT 3) Decision Making Skills and Negotiation skill

7) The ability to analyse sales figures and write reports

8) Teamwork, Adaptability & Creativity essential

9) Product Demo & Presentation Skills

10) Client relationship, Proposal Making & Sales Negotiation.

Job Role- 1) Daily Sales reporting of VCs and daily calls with VC team for Productivity

2) Visits to VCs frequently for Audits , Store Score

3) Ensure staff attendance , roaster and Grooming

4) Ensure timely delivery of order to customers

5) Identification of potential location for expansion

6) Marketing Plan for each VC and implementation

) Monthly Target Plan & Achievement of VCs

8) Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate

9) Keep track on collection deposit and share report

10) Maintain a good relationship with Lens & Frame Vendors for Procurement

11) Creating a good product portfolio for VCs

12) Creating Offers on Special Occasions , Non Moving items

13) Monitoring for adequate stock in VCs according to Standard Quantity

14) Stock Audit closure and reporting for all VCs

15) Visit to Vendors for procurement of latest design products

Experience- 1) Preferably having experience in Managing Retail shops, leading a team of marketing and sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
