Ops Manager - Design

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for solving operational problems & for driving NPS and CSAT scores across Sales, RM and PM departments to minimise & optimise TAT for customer deliverables cross cross-functional coordination.

Role and Responsibilities:-

  • To ensure that the TAT around Sales - RM - PM Handover is under control
  • To reduce Cancellation %
  • To ensure timely payment in the RM Stage
  • To work around bottlenecks in the Sales - RM handover & also in the RM-PM handover
  • To manage NPS & CSAT scores during this stage

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in operations management
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of business operations and financial principles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
