Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales Manager
based in
Kolkata
. You will drive B2B sales of GoKhana's cafeteria digitization solutions and managed services across corporate clients—help shape workplace dining, and contribute to our vision of simple, technology-first food experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth
: Identify and pursue corporate business opportunities for both SaaS and managed catering solutions. - Value Presentation
: Deliver compelling presentations highlighting the benefits of GoKhana's digital cafeteria platform. - Sales Strategy & Execution
: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Client Relationship Management
: Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Coordinate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align efforts and optimize client journeys.
What You'll Bring
- Experience
: 4+ years in B2B or corporate sales in F&B/Hospitality with a proven track record. - Relationship Builder
: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster long-term corporate client trust. - Strategic Perspective
: Capability to craft and execute targeted sales strategies effectively. - Negotiation & Closing
: Skilled in negotiations and closing complex deals. - Self-Motivated
: A driven self-starter with strong work ethic and ownership mindset. - Communication Excellence
: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and verbal/written communication capabilities
Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience in a startup—especially SaaS or managed services.
- Familiarity with or exposure to cafeteria management, food-tech, or hospitality domains is a plus.
