  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and performance advantages.

4 Order Follow-Up

  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Follow up on payments and maintain proper customer communication.

5 Marketing Communication

  • Maintain regular communication through phone calls, visits, and digital platforms.

6 Reporting

  • Maintain records of customer visits, inquiries, quotations, and sales reports.
  • Provide daily/weekly marketing activity updates to management.
