Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head based in Delhi, India. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, executing strategic business plans, optimizing production and operational efficiency, and driving growth initiatives. The Business Head will collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives, ensure quality compliance across all processes, and identify opportunities for product and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in operations management, business development, and stakeholder collaboration
• Experience in manufacturing industries, particularly in components like locking systems, rearview mirrors, and EVs
• Technical skills in quality control processes and compliance with certifications like TS 16949 and ISO standards
• Proven ability to drive innovation and new product development
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
