Position - Manager- Strategic Scientific Affairs Projects Location - Delhi Work Time -9 00am to 5 00pm Work Days - Monday to Friday Week Off - Saturday and Sunday Salary - Best in Industry Other benefits- PF Mediclaim bonus days paid leaves Minimum Skill Education Experience Third party payroll that is on talisman hr solution Primary Job Responsible Execution and implementation of innovative scientific strategies both long and short term to support overall EPD vision of Be the company that transforms the way people of India use medicines Lead and execute scientific outreach and access strategy for EPD India business utilizing latest digital and AI tools Available internally and explore externally Drive initiatives to enhance Medical Affairs capability in digital space e g driving training Coaching sessions of Digital Medical Affairs Plays a key influencer role in developing medico marketing plans for relevant EPD business unit supporting the marketing manager business heads to utilize strategic growth levers based on situation analysis Drive innovative programs in collaboration with top medical societies at both regional national level and use of new media for the different business to create differentiation at the marketplace Lead operation execution of top medical conferences at reginal level across therapeutic areas with One EPD approach Core Job Responsibilities Design and plan execution parameters for successful implementation of signature program like IMPACT across various business units in EPD External scientific advocacy and stakeholder management including top KOLs from both govt as well as corporate set up Drive support to develop society and institutional relationships for both medical affairs and business team though projects like KOL Connect On demand support for medical affairs team for strategic initiatives like Woman Leaders in Cardiology advocacy around Adult Immunization and new initiatives as per annual operating plan Drive execution of contracts with top key opinion leaders engaged at EPD India level Know the business Good understanding of pharma market trends and ability to drive marketing actions based on data Strong analytical datacrunching and stakeholder management skills Background of driving high quality medico-marketing initiatives highly preferable Build Our Organization and Inspire Ability to collaborate with commercial cross functional teams and build strong campaigns that results in building reputation image to drive buisness on a science based platform Ability to think big for the portfolio and understand the developments of markets therapies and propose strategic direction accordingly Education MBBS Pharmacy graduate Science graduate MBA from reputed institute Experience At least 4- 5 years of experience in Consulting Pharma industry Healthcare agencies under govt set up with experience in handling digital projects scientific corporate projects at strategic level Candidate can be from an MNC working currently as a Product manager Consultant Skills Very good Presentation skills Powerpoint and Excel Techsavy High on digital knowledge Analytical skills Creativity and innovation Meticulous project management skills Coordination and team work
