Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven BTL Marketing Manager to lead, Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns targeting segments served by InPrime. You will be responsible for building local brand awareness, generating quality leads, and supporting sales teams through hyperlocal outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key localities and markets with a high density of small businesses for campaign execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Track and report performance of BTL activities with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local influencers, shop owners, and community leaders.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals.
Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for improving outreach.
Plan and execute BTL activities such as pamphlet distribution, canter promotions, kiosks, shop-to-shop visits, and street activations.
Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in BTL or field marketing (experience in financial services or lending is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in local language and Hindi/English.
- Willingness to travel and conduct on-ground activities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented mindset.
