Role & responsibilities
Looking for Immediate Joiner (06:30 PM - 03;00 AM)- Night Shift
Roles and responsibilities:
- Interpret the emails and documents from French to English
- Interact with business partners in French
- Process transactions to meet and exceed defined service levels of quality, speed and productivity.
- Communicate with customers and internal partners through written correspondence
- Follow up on requests that cannot be immediately resolved
- Build relationships with staff from other departments to ensure queries are responded to in a timely
manner
- Escalate issues to management when needed
- Work with management to set daily priorities to ensure prompt and efficient service
- Maintain flexibility in a high speed, demanding team environment
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes
- Actively participate in departmental team meetings and other open forums
- Assist in department projects and initiatives as needed
- Solicit and compile information and data related to processing activities
- Using PC application and functions such as Excel and Word to update and load data sets
