Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and maintaining the warehouse operations for raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods in compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards. Ensures accurate documentation, inventory control, and coordination with production and quality departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, chemicals, and finished goods as per SOPs.
  • Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) for all materials.
  • Maintain stock records in ERP or manual systems and ensure timely material issuance to production.
  • Conduct physical verification of inventory and reconcile stock variances.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC for material release and batch clearance.
  • Handle material dispatches as per customer or internal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental standards during warehouse operations.
  • Maintain documentation such as GRN, stock cards, material issue slips, and dispatch records.
  • Monitor housekeeping, pest control, and safety procedures in the warehouse area.
  • Support internal and external audits (GMP, ISO, regulatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
