Solution Design Expert DDIT OPS Data, Analytics, DS&AI

We are hiring a Solution Design Expert in Supply Chain Data & Analytics space who can drive the deliverables for important digital initiatives contributing towards strategic priorities, lead multiple projects and digital products with team members comprising both internal as well as externals, interact with global Business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery with standard designs in line with industry's best practices.

Major accountabilities:

• Design and manage the developments of robust, scalable, sustainable and user-friendly software or solutions for the Supply Chain organization as well as other Cross Functional strategic initiatives.
• Participate in fit-gap workshops with business providing effort estimates and solution proposals.
• Helping team to perform data analysis, data cleansing, building efficient and tuned machine learning models.
• Contribute to AI/ML initiatives including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Quality improvement, Business Process Simplification and other strategic engagements.
• Leading a passionate team comprising of internals as well as externals.
• Ensure delivered solutions adhere to architectural and development standards, best practices, and meet requirements as recommended in the architecture handbook.
• Ensure designed solutions are aligned with Data and Analytics strategy standards and roadmap.
• Bring innovations to the solutions and add measurable values to Supply Chain Business.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements, design the solution, provide recommendations and help business by delivering data driven insights.
• Drive data enablement and building digital products/deliver solutions as per business prioritizations and in alignment with technology architects.
• Status reporting to Business and IT stakeholders.

Key performance indicators:

• Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact.
• Launch of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale.
• Business impact and value generated from DDIT solutions.
• Adoption and development of Agile Productization and DevOps practices.
• Operations stability and effective risk management.
• Feedback on customer experience.
• Applications adherence to ISC requirements and are audit ready.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or any related discipline from a reputed institute.

Work Experience:

• 3+ years of machine learning experience.
• 3+ years of experience in leading delivery teams.
• 3+ years of experience in customer facing IT roles.
• 7+ years of hands-on in Data & Analytics (including predictive and prescriptive analytics) solutions..

Skills:

• Supply chain business process knowledge.
• Strong background on delivery management.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.

Technical Exposure:

• Python, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS services relevant for Analytics, Power BI, SAP Analytics Could.
