Program Manager DDIT DEV RA

-Manage the design, deployment and delivery of programs or complex projects, project work streams or programs providing IT solutions. -Direct program/project teams (internal and external) and maintain control of progress, quality and budget. -Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to execute complex DDIT programs. -Understand the business direction, align strategy to scope of the critical DDIT program, and drive measurable expected results aligned with business process and solution standards. -Ensure a smooth transition to operations and the optimal planning and execution of all activities associated with a release.

About the Role:

Manage the design, deployment and delivery of programs or complex projects, project work streams or programs providing IT solutions. -Direct program/project teams (internal and external) and maintain control of progress, quality and budget. -Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to execute complex DDIT programs. -Understand the business direction, align strategy to scope of the critical DDIT program, and drive measurable expected results aligned with business process and solution standards. -Ensure a smooth transition to operations and the optimal planning and execution of all activities associated with a release.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Establish governance structure for the program with right customer representation for responsible Domain/functions. Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various customers for responsible Domain/functions.
• Accountable to Global Business Units for end-to-end Program delivery in the given sub-domain
• Drive programs that define & implement technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes in partnership with senior business stakeholders & Strategic Business Partners.
• Actively participate in demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates for related projects/initiatives
• Manage senior business stakeholders and collaboratively steer for consensus in making difficult & complex decisions
• Manage interdependencies across products, looking for synergies and conflicts.
• Partner with relevant Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams to ensure that the product and platform strategy balances the needs of Key Markets, need for reuse across other priority markets and cost effectively scale at speed to remaining midsize/small markets
• Advocate for the business and customer strategy within the IT organization to steer Platform and Product investments, prioritization and decision-making.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible Business domain / functions.
• Establish rigorous program governance and risk management process and relevant communication channels to ensure predictable outcomes
• Ability to integrate and manage multiple project plans using relevant tools.
• Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact. Provide leadership and decision-making support by establishing program & project governance
• Analytical Thinking and Financial Modeling and work closely with other Regulatory Affairs sub-domains (towers) and interfacing domains (like Clinical, TRD etc.) to establish periodic assessments to identify areas of collaboration and overlap to ensure effective functional & technical solutions are scoped and implemented
• Industry/ Business Exposure, Strategy Development, Program Management, People Leadership, Interactions with senior management. Ability to Develop trust-based relationships with key regional customers, Well-developed record of successful relationship management
• Leverage technology, Knowledge of new, emerging and latest market trends for business and customer needs
• Own and lead business solutions/services delivery vertical at an enterprise level for a global sub-domain (business area) of the company across all geographies. Applied Business Insights based on Functional Breadth & organizational savvy
• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing & deploying new solutions and services.

Desirable Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field

• 15+ years of relevant experience Work closely with other Regulatory Affairs sub-domains (towers) and interfacing domains (like Clinical, TRD etc.) to establish periodic assessments to identify areas of collaboration and overlap to ensure effective functional & technical solutions are scoped and implemented

• Leverage technology, Knowledge of new, emerging and latest market trends for business and customer needs and Professional certifications such as PgMP/MSP, PMP/PRNCE2, Agile/SAFe etc. would be an added advantage

• Good to have skills: Pharma Regulatory or related business domains and Veeva platform implementation in any of the pharma sub-domains
