Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Python and Java/JavaScript
  • Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS)
  • Integrate ML models and GenAI tools that power TraceLink's products
  • Discuss and elaborate on functional and non-functional requirements with Product Management, Architecture, and QA while ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the product.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our software remains cutting-edge
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications software that takes best advantage of our cloud-based fully-distributed architecture
  • Communicate risks and progress in a timely manner to the Scrum Team.
  • Support delivered features by debugging and creating RCA for production issues, working towards short-term and long-term fixes.
  • Adhere to Tracelink's documented software dev life cycle methodology
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of professional software development experience, primarily in building products for large enterprises.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript and Python

  • Experience in AI/ML area such as

  • Fine Tune & Evaluation of GenAI models (e.g., Claude, Llama)

  • Prompt Engineering

  • RAG

  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture

  • Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging
  • Knowledge of working with at least one cloud platform, preferably AWS.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and infrastructure as code.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
