Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting audits. Day-to-day tasks include budgeting, managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing payroll processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for financial reporting and decision-making. The role requires maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and General Ledger management
  • Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Processing
  • Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Reporting, and Forecasting
  • Attention to detail and expertise in Compliance with Financial Regulations
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred)
