We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

This job will initiate and review federal and state income tax returns and supporting calculations, gathering data from various departments to ensure accuracy. You will conduct research on federal and state income tax matters and consult on tax notices and audit information requests. Your role includes initiating process improvement initiatives to enhance tax compliance efficiency, participating in transfer pricing audits, and providing project management support. Additionally, you will conduct asset valuations, review intercompany transactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial analyses.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Initiate and review federal and state income tax returns and supporting calculations
• Gather data from various departments to support income tax returns and calculations
• Execute research on federal and state income tax matters
• Consult with federal and state income tax notices and audit information requests
• Initiate process improvement initiatives to increase tax compliance efficiency
• Participate in transfer pricing audits and provide project management support
• Conduct valuations of various assets and review intercompany transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of financial analyses
• Prepare clear and concise transfer pricing documentation
• Stay up to date with transfer pricing regulations and assist with TP function oversight
• Manage the preparation of TP reports and review intercompany cross-charges
• Manage audit document preparation

Expected Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
