Bar Manager

Job Summary

Punjabi Khadai Karma is seeking an experienced and disciplined Bar Manager with strong operational knowledge, excellent command over bar documentation, and the ability to manage complete beverage operations efficiently.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with stock control, excise compliance, and high-level cocktail/spirit knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily stock, consumption, and variance records
• Submit monthly liquor board reports as per West Bengal excise regulations
• Prepare and manage all daily, weekly, and monthly bar-related documentation
• Supervise procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management
• Train and monitor bar team members
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols
• Implement FIFO, proper storage, and breakage controls
• Develop and execute cocktails, mocktails, and signature beverages
• Provide excellent guest interaction and ensure premium beverage service
• Coordinate with Senior Managers and Restaurant Manager
• Support cost control, beverage costing, and menu planning
• Oversee opening and closing procedures

Candidate Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in bar operations
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and wines
• Mandatory knowledge of West Bengal excise procedures and liquor board reporting
• High discipline, punctuality, and professional behaviour
• Strong communication and leadership qualities
• Candidates must be from West Bengal

Salary

As per experience and industry standards (can be specified if needed)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
