- Responsibility:
- ales & Promotion: Contact customers via phone to introduce and sell products or services, often using a sales script.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate sales leads for the company.
- Customer Interaction: Answer customer questions about products, build relationships, and follow up on purchases.
- Order Processing: Accurately take and process customer orders and transactions.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer information, purchase records, and interactions in a database.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Proactively offer additional products or services to existing customers to boost sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
