Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Lead / Senior Lead Specialist – Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating enterprise-level risks across the organization. This role involves analyzing risk trends, developing risk frameworks, preparing reports and dashboards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk governance and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify, assess, and prioritize enterprise risks including operational, financial, legal, and compliance risks.


• Analyze risk trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.


• Develop, implement, and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective risk mitigation strategies.


• Collect, clean, and analyze risk-related data to ensure accuracy and reliability.


• Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.


• Present risk assessments, findings, and recommendations clearly and effectively.


• Partner with operations and business teams to address risk-related challenges.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and internal policies.


• Support embedding risk management practices into business planning and decision-making.


• Monitor effectiveness of risk controls and recommend continuous improvements.


• Perform additional responsibilities aligned with business requirements.

Education & Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.


• 8–10 years of overall experience with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Risk Management or First Line of Defense (FLOD).


• Proven experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.


• Exposure to risk reporting, KRIs, and control frameworks.

Technical Skills:


• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.


• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting tools.


• Knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks and governance practices.
