Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Product Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping clients understand our products, and the ability to provide clear solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product inquiries, demonstrations, and solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable product features or services.
  • Conduct product presentations, walkthroughs, and training sessions for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Support) to ensure smooth product implementation and customer onboarding.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to handle client queries effectively.
  • Document client interactions and feedback in the CRM system daily.
  • Support the sales team by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance product performance and customer experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential).
  • Prior experience in product consultation, pre-sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to learn and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and professional behavior when handling clients.

Work Schedule:

  • Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
