Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a range of French pastries including croissants, brioches, danishes, and other viennoiseries.
• Work with laminated and artisan doughs to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
• Maintain proper baking schedules, proofing, and temperature controls.
• Innovate and experiment with new recipes and flavor combinations while maintaining authenticity.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the baking area.
• Collaborate with the team to plan seasonal menus and special offerings.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven hands-on experience with laminated doughs and artisan breads.
• Strong knowledge of classic French pastry techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and presentation.
